JUST BREATH

Hello and welcome.  I am glad you could join me and hope you enjoy some crafting inspiration.  This project was inspired after being shown the Global Design Project #238, Sketch Challenge.

I made the decision to use the JUST BREATH stamp from the ‘Colorful Seasons’ stamp set and  do a brayer background, as I really enjoy this technique and love the finished result.  My next descision to make was choice of colour, this was really hard, so I asked my daughter to choose for me.  What a great choice it was.  ‘Calypsol Coral’ is not a colour I would normally choose but i’m glad i went with it.

Using a brayer and ‘Calypso Coral’ ink create an ombre effect background.  Die cut a twisty circle from ‘Crushed Curry’ cardstock, using the ‘Painted Labels Dies’.  Punch a circle from velum, using the 2″ circle punch and adhere to the twisty circle.  Make sure that the flue is behind where youy will postion your sentiment.

White heat emboss your sentiment onto ‘Bermuda Bay’ cardstock and fussy cut round.  Tie white bakers twine around your brayered background and adhere to a cardbase.  Add your twisty circle and sentiment using dimensionals.  Finish with some irridescent sequins.
