Hello and welcome to another Stamptastic Friends Blog Hop. This month we are bringing you ‘Simple Stamping’. You may be wondering who and what is Stamptastic Friends. We are a group of friends and Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators who have participated in tech training with Louise Sims @wordpressforstampers. It was agreed that a Blog Hop would benefit us all to get us blogging, and so Stamptastic Friends was born.

With the recent release of the new annual catalogue, we made the decision to use new products in our creation for you. I have chosen to showcase the new ‘Lovely You’ bundle, this bundle comprises of a beautiful floral, foliage and sentiment stamp set and a gorgeous multi sized label punch.
The ‘Lovely You’ stamp set is fabulous for ‘Simple Stamping’. Each image is clean and simple and allows for single colour use. The sentiments have a great elegance, with the scripted font of single words.
Simple Stamping – Lovely You Card
Randomly stamp your floral and foliage images using ‘Daffodil Delight’, ‘Melon Mambo’, ‘Coastal Cabana’, ‘Bermuda Bay’ and ‘Granny Apple Green’ ink, onto a piece of ‘Whisper White’ cardstock measuring 9.7cm x 14.1 cm. Layer onto a piece of ‘Bermuda Bay’ cardstock, measuring 10 cm x 14.4 cm.
Colour a length of ‘Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon’, using dark ‘Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blend’, ensure you have enough to wrap around you card and to tie a triple bow. Adhere around your card front and make your triple bow, or a single bow if you wish.
Cut a strip of ‘Whisper White’ cardstock, measuring 1.9 cm x 10 cm, and stamp your sentiment using ‘Memento Tuxedo Black’ ink. Punch both ends using the ‘Lovely Labels Pick a Punch’. Adhere to your card front, using ‘Stampin’ Dimensionals’, and place your bow under the left hand side.
Layer onto an A6 thick ‘Whisper White’ card base, measuring 10.5 cm x 14.9 cm, using ‘Multipurpose Liquid Glue’. Finish by adding ‘Rhinestone Basic Jewels’.
