Hello and welcome to this month’s Tech 4 Stampers Blog Hop. For June we have a theme of Keep it Simple. Sounds simple right? But many of us really struggle with simple stamping. Very often, I will start off with simple in mind, but it usually ends up anything but simple.

For this project I have used the Blessings of Home stamp set, Basic Gray ink and Denim Ribbon. The detail in the stamps allows for simple stamping, whilst giving lots of texture.

Keep It Simple

Create an A6 card base, measuring 10.5cm x 14.9cm, using Thick Basic White cardstock. Trim a piece of Basic White cardstock to 10cm x 14.4cm and using the Basic Gray ink, stamp your image into the center. Adhere to a piece of Basic Gray cardstock, measuring 10.3cm x 14.7cm. Wrap Denim Ribbon around both layers and adhere to your card base.

Stamp your sentiment onto Basic White cardstock, using Basic Gray ink. Die cut or trim to size. I have used the label from Painted Labels Dies. Adhere over your ribbon, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finish your card with Basic Gray Classic Matte Dots.

I could not stop at one, so created another card and a simple envelope gift bag.
