Hello, thank you for stopping by and allowing me to inspire you to get creative! Today’s card is a CASE of a card from the new annual catalogue, page 68. CASE-ing is a fantastic way to get your creative mojo going, try new techniques, layouts and more. CASE stand for Copy And Share Everything or Copy And Selectively Edit. I created for Global Design Project #GDP393 and this week we have a colour challenge.
CASE-ing the catalogue
Cut two pieces of Basic White cardstock, measuring 10cm x 14.4cm. Die cut one using the largest frame from the Darling Details Dies. Using Coastal Cabana ink and a Blending Brush, create a soft background on the second piece. Adhere your die cut piece to your blended piece using Foam Adhesive Strips.
Stamp various flowers, buds, and leaves onto Basic White cardstock, using Flirty Flamingo, Coastal Cabana, and Smoky Slate ink. Die cut using the coordinating dies, from the Darling Details Dies. Die cut an assortment of the outline foliage and flowers from Basic White cardstock.
Adhere your large flower onto your card front, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Arrange your flowers and foliage around the flower, until you are happy, and adhere into place using Stampin’ Dimensionals
Stamp your sentiment onto Basic White cardstock, using Smoky Slate ink, and trim to size. I have chosen to use a banner from the Stylish Shapes Dies and trim off the right-hand edge. Adhere into place using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Create an A6 cardbase, measuring 10.5cm x 14.9cm, using Basic White Thick cardstock. Adhere your card front to your cardbase.
Finishing Touches.
Finish your card by adding several Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels.
