A Double Tent Fun Fold Card - Creativity Abounds Blog Hop

I am very excited to have been asked to join this fabulous group of amazing Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator. The group is well established and contains demos from around the world, who love to share inspiration to others.

This month our theme is Fun Folds! These can be as simple as a z-fold or as complicated as a washer card, with lots inbetween. One thing they all have in common is fun. A fun way to stand or a fun way to showcase your elements. I enjoy creating Fun Folds, especially when they are new to me. There is always a new idea or interpritaion on a Fun Fold and there are so many you can choose from.

The Fun Fold I have chosen to share with you today is a Double Tent Fold Card and was shared with me recently by Emma Goddard – Coastal Crafter, at her Card and a Cuppa event. This Fun Fold is simple to create and can be recreated using many different supplies. For this version I have used the Bee My Valentine stamp set and Bee Builder Punch, an oldie but a goodie!

Creativity Abounds Blog Hop - Fun Fold - Aug '26. Double Tent Fold Card using Bee My Valentine stamp set, Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder and Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP. Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana and Granny Apple Green.

I used the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder for my panel and added a sentiment from the Elegantly Wrapped stamp set (from the upcoming September – December catalogue).

The panel is added to a piece of Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP.

The wings are punched from vellum, added to the back of the bee, which is then added on dimensionals.

I used a fun bright colour combo of Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana and Granny Apple Green.
