Hello and welcome. It’s time for the Build & Bloom Blog Hop and for August we are bringing you ‘Thank You’ projects. We all have many occasions when we need to or should send a Thank You card or Thank You gift. Saying ‘Thank You’ means so much and may have a bigger effect on someone than you think. I love to send Thank You gifts, but sadly, I do not do this enough. For my project I have created a beautiful ‘Thank You’ gift, that contains four cute 3″x3″ thank you cards in a coordinating box.

This month I am using the Bloom Boutique Suite as my Product Spotlight over on my social media. This suite is gorgeous and contains two stamp & die bundles, alongside embellishments, gift boxes, and Speciality DSP (designer series paper) with foiling. The floral designs are so cute and the colour combination uses the five 2026-2028 In Colors. Florals are always a staple in my craft room.

How to create your ‘Thank You’ gift.

Decorating your box.

Make up a Scalloped Window Box, cut four pieces of Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock, measuring 3 1/4″ x 7/8″, and adhere to the four side of your box. Cut four pieces of SDSP, measuring 3 1/8″ x 3/4″, and adhere to Crisp Canataloupe cardstock.

Using the Boutique Blooms Dies, cut one large flower and two medium flowers from Barely Blush cardstock, two small flowers from Crisp Cantaloupe, and several leaves from Peaceful Pine. Add a faux bow using Barely Blush Bordered Ribbon and adhere to left of box lid. Arrange your flowers and leaves over the ribbon and adhere in place with a mix of Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots.

Hot foil and die-cut a label using the Flourish & Frames Hot Foil Dies and gold foil. Stamp your sentiment using Secret Sea ink and adhere to top left of box front with Stampin’ Dimensions.

Finish your box by adding several 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies.

Creating your cards.

Create four cardbases, measuring 3″ x 3″, using Thick Basic White cardstock. Trim four pieces of SDSP to 2 7/8″ x 2 7/8″ and adhere to card fronts. Die-cut four small scalloped circles from Basic White cardstock. Stamp your sentiment to the center using Secret Sea ink. Stamp three small flowers around the edge, using a coordinating ink.

For each card cut a piece of bordered ribbon, the same colour as your stamped flowers, and cut in half length ways. This gives you a thinner ribbon. Fold in half and add to your card fronts using Mini Glue Dots. Adhere your scalloped circles on top using dimensionals. Finish your cards with a white butterfly.

Pop your cards inside your box, add envelopes and your Thank You gift is complete.
